Fra og med i dag vil alle opdateringer af startlisterne kunne følges på livetiming.

Vi forsøger at opdatere dagligt.

De deltagene klubber skal  være opmærksomme på, at der er heatbegrænsning i alle 200 m løb (6 heat)
og at der i 50 m bryst samt 50 m fly svømmes Challange (dvs. finalen er på tværs af alle årgangene).

Vi ser frem til et godt stævne med god svømning og flotte resultater.
